Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Select international destinations (availability may vary by product and checkout options)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order processing

Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Because items are made to order, production begins after payment is confirmed.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time)

Orders placed after the cut-off are processed on the next business day.

We do not process orders on weekends or US public holidays.

Personalization note: If your item includes custom text, photos, or other personalization, production time may vary slightly depending on the product. Any exception will be communicated on the product page or order confirmation when applicable.

Shipping time

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships (not from the moment you place the order).

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days (estimate).
  • United States: 5–10 business days (estimate).
  • International: 7–15 business days (estimate; varies by destination)

Depending on the product and availability, items may be shipped from different locations.

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order quantity.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted global carriers such as:

Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Shipping origin & split shipments

Shipping origin: Orders may be fulfilled from US-based and/or international production partners, depending on the product and inventory routing.
 
Split shipments: If your order contains multiple items, parts of your order may ship separately. You may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear
  • This delay is due to carrier processing times

Delays & Issues

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier network delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand

We appreciate your patience and will help where we can, but we cannot control carrier or customs timelines.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Address changes: If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try to help before production begins.

Once an order is in production or shipped, we may be unable to change the address.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Failed delivery & returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address  
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal at delivery

we will contact you to arrange reshipmentAdditional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:
  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and common drop-off areas.
  2. Wait 1 additional business day (carriers sometimes scan early).
If it is still missing:
  • Contact the carrier to investigate
  • Contact us for assistance

Order changes & cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time:

  • Production may have already started
  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible
